You fly into the small town of Lukla at 2,800 m (9,184 ft). The trek
trail starts from Lukla. The trail passes through the picturesque route of
lush forests, icy lakes and blue sky. The snowy peak brings delight for the

Attractions
When on this trail your environments transform from forestine to alpine. You
start from the forests and end on the glaciated Mera summit. You journey
through Hinku valley on the way which is a wonderful experience of
wilderness. You pass amidst raspberries, strawberries, blue spruce,
magnolias and rest under plenty of rhododendrons. Giant Himalayan peaks like
Mount Everest, Lhotse and Makalu, respectively ranked 1, 4 and 5 in the
world, can be viewed from the Mera Peak.
